Russian identity and migration processes

Multiculturalism, transnationalism, acculturation, adaptation, assimilation — all these are various models of integration of newcomers. However, the gap between theory and practice is still huge. Russians are concerned about the growth of ethnic crime, enclavization, ghettoization of certain areas, and the criminalization of the foreign labor market. Is it possible to preserve the existing socio-cultural context and solve the labor force problem?
