An anonymity communication method for IoT based electronic health record

With the exponential growth of the Internet of Things (IoT) in the healthcare sector, safeguarding sensitive data has become paramount. In healthcare services system, health and medical data that contains privacy information are often transmitted among networks, and such privacy information should be protected. Therefore, there is a need for privacy preserving data collection scheme to protect clients (patients) data. This study delves into the protection of IoT data from wearable device through a combination of P-sensitivity and K-anonymization techniques. We examine how these techniques can enhance privacy and security in healthcare applications. By employing P-sensitivity to limit the disclosure risk of individual data points and K-anonymization to anonymize datasets, we create a robust framework for data protection. This study contributes to the ongoing efforts to secure IoT data in healthcare, ensuring the responsible and confidential use of patient information.
