Planning the economic indicators of a healthcare organization Using HIS.

An approach to informatization of business processes of the Planning and Economic Department of a healthcare organization (HO), the implementation of an adaptive system of planning and analysis of production indicators with feedback, a solution and means of informatization of the Planning and Economic Department are proposed. The goals and objectives of this solution are formulated. The basic concepts of an adaptive system for planning and analyzing performance indicators with feedback are introduced. A set of the main production indicators of the HO is listed. The approach and features of calculating the planned performance indicators of the HO are formulated. The implementation features are described. Concluded that increasing the economic efficiency of the HO indirectly leads to an increase in the quality of healthcare and a more accurate positioning of the organization in the market of healthcare services.
