Emiltatug Ledadotin (XMT-1660) Encouraging Data in mTNBC; Receives Fast Track Designation

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recently granted an additional Fast Track designation to emiltatug ledadotin (XMT-1660; see ADC Drugmap), an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targeting B7-H4 (VTCN1), an immune-suppressive plasma membrane protein that is overexpressed in multiple tumor types, including in breast, ovarian, and endometrial cancers, but with relatively little or no expression in normal, or healthy, tissues.
