Cover Feature: <i>N‐P</i> Type Charge Compensatory Synergistic Effect for Schottky and Efficient Photoelectrocatalysis Applications: Doping Mechanism in (Nb/Re)@WS2/Graphene Heterojunctions (Chem. Eur. J. 2/2025)
A WS2/graphene heterostructure co-doped with Nb and Re was designed by using an N-P valence-electron-compensation strategy. This structure avoids the impurity levels introduced by single atom doping, making it an ideal next-generation Schottky device and photo-electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution material.
