EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT DESIGN AS A MEANS OF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHING STAFF AND MANAGERS

Research problem and justification of its relevance. The study of the conceptual foundations of state policy in the field of education from the point of view of requirements for the creation of an educational environment, as well as the analysis of the results of diagnostic studies of the level of subjective position of students of advanced training courses, conducted by the authors of the article, allowed us to identify the research problem. The identified problem is the insufficient development of professional competencies among teaching and management staff necessary for the formation and development of the educational environment. At the same time, the requirements of the state to the education system indicate the need to carry out activities related to the formation of the educational environment. This contradiction indicates the relevance of the proposed publication. The purpose of the study was to confirm the authors’ assumption that design can become one of the effective mechanisms for creating an educational environment that allows for the professional development of teaching and management staff. The methodological basis for the study was the normative, axiological, project and event approaches. The results of the theoretical study allowed us to determine the following: specially organized pedagogical activity and a functionally significant educational environment formed in a special way contribute to the individual personal development of education workers. This idea allowed the authors to justify the choice of design as one of the means of creating an educational environment that ensures the continuous professional development of teaching and management staff. The theoretical significance and novelty of the study lies in the fact that the conducted scientific systematization and generalization of approaches to the essence of the educational environment and specific features of the application of pedagogical design made it possible to determine approaches to creating an educational environment that ensures the professional development of teaching and management staff. The practical significance lies in the fact that the authors of the article offer their own approach to developing a project solution for the design of an educational environment using the example of the implementation of the regional project “Network School of Consultants for Achieving Modern Quality Education”. A scenario plan for an educational event is proposed as one of the integral components of the project solution.

Abstract

Research problem and justification of its relevance. The study of the conceptual foundations of state policy in the field of education from the point of view of requirements for the creation of an educational environment, as well as the analysis of the results of diagnostic studies of the level of subjective position of students of advanced training courses, conducted by the authors of the article, allowed us to identify the research problem.
