Active Scheduling Optimization for Electric Vehicle Charging Considering User Preferences
With the increase in the number of electric vehicles, the charging load of electric vehicles has become an important new type of load in the urban distribution network, which also brings new challenges to the stable operation and safety of the power system. Therefore, on the premise of meeting the charging needs of users, it is of great research significance to study the effective charging scheduling method that not only ensures a lower charging cost for users but also reduces the load variance of the power system. This paper formulates a multi-objective active scheduling mathematical model considering the charging behavior preferences of different charging users (charging distance, charging time, charging price, etc.) and proposes an improved NSGA-II algorithm to solve the model. Experimental results show that our proposed active scheduling optimization method considering the users' charging behavior preferences is effective in guiding users to charge in an orderly manner.
