Message from the Chairs

Welcome to the third IEEE Quantum Science and Engineering Education Conference (QSEEC). QSEEC is an annual conference where education researchers and practitioners come together to discuss methodologies for curriculum and tool development for instruction and teaching. The conference focuses on addressing the need for quantum information science education, translating from teachable skills to real-world applications, and sharing perspectives from educators, professionals, and students alike. QSEEC is collocated with the IEEE International Conference on Quantum Computing & Engineering (QCE24), which is under the broader umbrella of IEEE Quantum Week.
