Explainable Artificial-Intelligence-Based Power Conservation: A Benefit Analysis of Energy-Saving Artistic Lighting in Museums
Museums play important role in preserving and displaying cultural heritage artifacts. For visitors, viewing experience is important and in order to enhance their experience, artistic lights are to be placed which require ample of electric energy. The use of energy remains an important issue as the demand for energy resources is increasing day by day. This study discusses the application research and benefit analysis of energy-saving art lighting in museums in order to solve this problem and to meet the need for low-carbon energy conservation. The research uses explainable AI to assess the performance of three widely used lighting systems, including metal halide, fluorescent, and LED lighting (artificial intelligence). The research concluded that LED lighting provides the optimum compromise between energy efficiency, dependability, and cost effectiveness. This was accomplished by thoroughly comparing the benefits and drawbacks of each lighting system. The research offers a practical option for museums looking to cut their energy use by evaluating the energy-saving values brought about by switching from traditional lighting to LED lighting. The findings of the studies show that the LED lights used for this investigation are both much more affordable and have a noticeable impact on energy savings. The energy savings from using LED lights were discovered to be over 50% more than those from using traditional bulbs with the help of explainable AI. Despite the obvious advantages of energy-efficient art lighting, further investigation is required to properly comprehend the long-term effects of LED lighting on the preservation of artworks and their aesthetic quality. In order to maximize their potential for energy savings, additional study is required to evaluate how well various kinds of LED lighting systems operate in various museum situations. The integration of energy-saving artistic lighting systems with other sustainable technologies, such as renewable energy sources and smart building management systems can further assist in the sustainable existence of the museums.
