The synthesis of γ-amino acid from carbon dioxide using Bi7O9I3/PrVO4 as a nanocatalyst

The integration of PrVO 4 and dendritic fibrous Bi 7 O 9 I 3 within nanospaces offers a novel approach to developing bifunctional nanocatalysts (Bi 7 O 9 I 3 /PrVO 4 NFs). Utilizing a simple method, this design achieved a uniquely extensive external surface formed through a 3D hierarchical structure. This innovative catalyst displayed exceptional efficiency in synthesizing γ-amino acids from carbon dioxide under environmentally friendly conditions. Additionally, further studies demonstrated the versatility of this catalytic system across a range of substrates. Bi 7 O 9 I 3 /PrVO 4 proved to be a highly effective and recyclable accumulator for the synthesis of γ-amino acid from carbon dioxide. Despite the occurrence of diversity, the process was not hindered. The commodities were easily separated from the eco-conscious milieu, and the accelerator was reused manifold times lacking a noticeable decrease in dynamism and specifity. • Effects of various parameter on the morphology and size of the Bi 7 O 9 I 3 /PrVO 4 products were examined. • Bi 7 O 9 I 3 /PrVO 4 has an excellent efficiency in the reaction between amines and carbon dioxide. • Bi 7 O 9 I 3 /PrVO 4 can be reused for ten cycles without changing characteristics.
