Dynamic Treatment Strategies: The RL-CNN Model in Personalized Medicine
Personalized medicine offers the potential to revolutionize healthcare by customizing treatments to individual patient characteristics. This study proposes a novel Reinforcement Learning-Convolutional Neural Network (RLCNN) hybrid model to optimize personalized treatment schedules, specifically focusing on medication dosage and timing. The RL-CNN model was trained on a comprehensive dataset of patient information, including medical history, demographics, and treatment outcomes. The model demonstrated superior performance compared to a baseline model, achieving significant improvements in accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The application of the RL-CNN model led to enhanced dosage accuracy and schedule adherence among various patient populations. This suggests that the model can effectively provide personalized treatment plans, potentially leading to improved therapeutic outcomes and patient quality of life. This research highlights the potential of AI-driven approaches to revolutionize personalized medicine. By incorporating advanced machine learning techniques, healthcare providers can make more informed decisions and deliver more effective treatments.
