Prediction and Detection of Fruit Diseases using Convolutional Neural Network

This research study presents a novel approach for automated fruit quality assessment using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs). The proposed method involves preprocessing fruit images to enhance feature extraction, followed by training a CNN model to classify fruits as fresh or rotten. By accurately identifying fruit quality, this system can significantly improve the efficiency and reliability of quality control processes in the food industry.
