Integrating Machine Learning into Terahrtz Spectroscopy: A Comparative Study with Non-Destructive Spectroscopic Techniques
Quality and safety inspections are necessary for agricultural products, and the question of whether a product’s quality affects its safety is one that is regularly researched. Humans require adequate quality products, and the evaluation of their quality has garnered a lot of interest. There’s a need to develop a quick, safe, and non-destructive agricultural product inspection technology because the current ones take a long time and involve complicated operations. Various research papers and reports were reviewed for quality inspection using non-destruction techniques. Existing non-destructive techniques has drawbacks in accurate inspection of sample products and are overcome by the evolving terahertz technology along with machine learning classifications which gives more precise output.
