TrackTrust: Revolutionizing Supply Chain Management Through Blockchain Integration

This research proposes a blockchain-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system to enhance transparency, security, and traceability. The system integrates Manufacturers, Warehouse Owners, Retailers, and Customers on a unified platform overseen by an Admin. Key innovations include unique QR codes for product tracking and smart contracts for automated transactions. Manufacturers add products with QR codes storing critical information. Customers browse and purchase products through a user interface, initiating blockchain-recorded transactions. The supply chain process encompasses stages like Manufacturer sale, Warehouse IN/OUT, and Retailer IN/OUT. Customers can verify product authenticity using QR codes. Smart contracts automate payment distribution among participants based on predefined rules. The system demonstrates improved visibility, data integrity, and operational efficiency. Benefits include enhanced traceability, security, and trust among stakeholders. Our research showcases blockchain’s potential to address realworld SCM challenges, offering a scalable solution for modern supply chain needs.
