A Hybrid Signal Sorting Method for Laser Warning Based on Skeleton Cycle Traversal

To enhance the signal sorting capability of laser warning systems in the face of multiple semi-active laser-guided threat sources, this paper first conducts an analysis of multi-target countermeasure requirements. Subsequently, addressing the limitations of existing signal sorting methods in terms of threat laser coding complexity, pulse miss-alarms, and the number of threat lasers, a signal sorting algorithm based on skeleton cycle traversal is proposed. The paper then delves into the principles of this algorithm in detail. Finally, through simulations, it is concluded that the proposed algorithm can sequentially sort out all periodic signals from a mixed signal set, even when the signals exhibit pseudo-random behavior and there are miss-alarms. This demonstrates the algorithm's rationality and feasibility.
