Research on the Application of Local Electronic Chart Updating Based on Perceived Data in Route Planning

This article aims to explore the application research of local electronic chart updates based on perceptual data in route planning. By integrating multi-source perception data of ships, such as radar, GPS, AIS and other equipment information, real-time and local updates of electronic charts can be achieved to improve the accuracy and real-time performance of electronic charts. The research focuses on the fusion and processing of perceptual data, local update algorithms for electronic chart data, and security and reliability guarantees during the update process. This study aims to provide more accurate and real-time navigation information for ships, in order to prevent potential risks during navigation and improve the safety and efficiency of ship navigation [1].
