Research on Measurement of Electromagnetic Radiation Characteristics of Potential Transfer Arc in 10kV Live Operation
In a 10kV live operation environment, the arc and its generated electromagnetic radiation pose potential risks to operation personnel, equipment, and the surrounding environment. In order to comprehensively understand information such as the intensity, frequency, and radiation scope of the arc, and provide necessary guarantees for safe operation, a measurement method for the electromagnetic radiation characteristics of the potential transfer arc in 10kV live operation is studied. A calculation model of potential transfer transient response is established to obtain the potential at the equipotential steady state. Based on this potential value, the current change frequency corresponding to the peak value of the electromagnetic radiation spectrum under the direct current arc situation is obtained, and the electromagnetic radiation characteristics of the arc are measured. The test results show that the optimal distance for potential transfer is 45cm-55cm. The maximum value of the electromagnetic radiation pulse spectrum is almost consistent with the calculation. At the same time, the change laws of the transfer current pulse and the arc electromagnetic radiation pulse are the same. When the frequency is between 150MHz-250MHz, a concentrated distribution of electromagnetic radiation appears, with the maximum value occurring in the 200MHz frequency region.
