Cross-band broadband waveguide cavity duplexer design
In this paper, a waveguide cavity duplexer spanning the X and Ku bands operates in the upstream band of satellite signals. Compared with the general duplexer, the T-junction of the broadband ridge waveguide is designed, and the high mode of the low-end channel is suppressed, and the two-way synthesis across the octave is realized. The duplexer is mainly composed of rectangular waveguide-spine waveguide transition, ridge waveguide filter, ridge waveguide T-junction and waveguide H mask filter. The modeling simulation optimization is performed with HFSS, and the results show that the return loss is greater than 25dB in the 7.9GHz-8.4GHz frequency band and greater than 25dB in the 14GHz-14.5GHz frequency band.
