Research on lightning effect test methods and key technologies of intelligent and connected vehicles

In recent years, with the rapid development of intelligent and connected vehicles, the electronic and electrical components related to perception, communication and control carried by vehicles have also surged, and once they are affected by strong electromagnetic interference, it is easy to affect driving safety. In addition to the traditional narrow-band radiated electromagnetic interference, conduction and electrical transient interference caused by coupling, the lightning effect poses a great threat to vehicle safety. At present, there is no test specification for the direct and indirect effects of automotive lightning in the industry, and there is no unified test items, test methods and evaluation system for automotive lightning effect. In this paper, the impact of lightning effect on automobiles is analyzed through theoretical analysis, standard comparison, experimental verification, etc., and the standard conditions of lightning effect in the fields of electric power, communication, and aviation are studied, and the evaluation method of automobile lightning effect is proposed. The research in this paper is helpful to build a more complete technical standard system for automotive electromagnetic compatibility evaluation, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of intelligent and connected vehicles and flying cars.
