Design and realization of assisted sleep detection system based on Internet of Things technology
Sleep quality has a direct impact on an individual's life, working condition and health. However, professional sleep monitoring devices widely used on the market and in the medical field are expensive and complicated to operate, which can hardly meet the needs of individuals for long-term and convenient sleep monitoring. In view of this, this paper designs an affordable and user-friendly sleep monitoring system that focuses on capturing environmental factors affecting sleep in order to improve overall sleep quality. The system uses STM32 as the core control unit and works with the JDY31 Bluetooth module to transmit the collected information to the microcontroller through multiple sensors to monitor key indicators such as temperature, humidity, noise level, and human heart rate in the room in real-time and dynamically. After testing, the system can meet people's daily needs for sleep quality, successfully realizes data monitoring and visualization, and provides an effective tool for improving the sleep environment.
