EVCS Optimal Planning Based on Dynamic Traffic Network Charging Demand Prediction

In order to solve the problem of mismatch between charging demand and supply caused by the rapid growth of electric vehicles (EV), and alleviate the problem of charging difficulty during peak travel hours, it is urgent to accelerate the reasonable construction of electric vehicle charging station (EVCS) and form a perfect EVCS network. Therefore, this paper proposes a multi-objective EVCS optimal planning model considering the spatio-temporal distribution prediction of charging demand. The model takes the comprehensive cost, user dissatisfaction and voltage fluctuation as the objective function, and realizes the tripartite benefit trade-off between investors, EV users and grid company. Finally, the model is applied to the second ring road area of Kunming, Yunnan province, and fast convergence multi-objective equilibrium optimizer equipped with archive evolution path mechanism (FC-MOEO/AEP) algorithm is used to optimize the solution to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the model.
