Trading Strategies for Renewable Energy Power Producers Based on Green Electricity-Tradable Green Certificate-CCER Coupling
The generation of China's renewable energy are steadily increasing, prompting the emergence of renewable energy market trading mechanisms such as green certificate trading and CCER trading. The primary challenge now lies in how to promote renewable energy consumption through market-based approaches. Therefore, research on the coupling relationships between the green electricity market, tradable green certificate market, and CCER market is essential. This paper first considered the inherent interrelationships among the green electricity, tradable green certificate, and CCER market, establishing a trading strategy model for wind and solar power producers operating within these interconnected markets. Secondly, the Conditional Value at Risk (CvaR) theory was introduced to quantify the uncertainty risk of price fluctuations in various markets. Finally, the CPLEX solver was employed to solve the model, obtaining optimal trading strategies for power producers. The results show that this model effectively increases the profitability for wind and solar power producers while ensuring expected revenue stability.
