Switching Sequence Based Energy Prediction Controller Design for Bidirectional DC-DC Converters
In this paper, a bi-directional DC-DC converter energy prediction controller based on switching sequence is designed as an example of Buck-Boost converter, which combines the idea of energy balance with predictive control, establishes a bi-directional DC-DC converter energy prediction model, and establishes a simplified objective function from the perspective of energy, and at the same time introduces the switching sequence to achieve a fixed switching frequency of the converter. The simulation model is constructed and compared with the traditional PI controller, and the simulation results show that the dynamic response time and overshoot of the DC bus voltage of the bi-directional DC- DC converter with the energy prediction controller are significantly reduced compared with that of the PI controller, and the voltage fluctuation of the DC bus can be stabilised more quickly.
