A Defense Strategy Against False Data Injection Attack in Smart Grid Based on Multi-Stage Game*
This paper addresses the critical issue of false data injection attacks (FDIA) in smart grids by proposing a novel multi-stage dynamic attack and defense game model. This model not only accounts for the possibility of multiple attacks occurring in a short time frame but also enables the derivation of optimal defense strategies by solving the Nash equilibrium point. The significance of this research lies in its ability to enhance the reliability and security of smart grids against increasingly sophisticated cyber-attacks. Through simulations on the IEEE 14 bus system, the effectiveness of the proposed multi-stage game model is demonstrated, showing superior performance over single-stage models in mitigating the impact of FDIAs.
