Simulation of Fluid-Thermal Field of Oil-immersed Transformer and Analysis of Local Overheating of Winding
In this paper, based on the coupling calculation method of flow field-temperature field of oil-immersed transformer, in order to take into account the calculation efficiency and accuracy of multiple physical fields, a simulation model of low-voltage winding is established according to the electrical and structural parameters of oil-immersed transformer, and the simulation results of flow field and temperature field of low-voltage winding are obtained. On this basis, the influence of different overheating positions of the winding on local regional temperature of the winding is analyzed according to the simulation results of the temperature field. It is obtained that when overheating occurs at different positions of the winding, the heat in the overheating area will be transferred by the oil flow to the upper part, so that the temperature of each point in the winding oil passage increases linearly with the increase of the overheating temperature in the lower part. The accuracy of this method is 98%, which has important guiding significance for determining the overheat position of oil-immersed transformer and prolonging the service life of transformer.
