Consent Based Electronic Health Record Sharing System
Consent-based electronic health record sharing system is digital platform that helps patients to control the sharing of health records with healthcare providers. It system aims to improve the quality of healthcare delivery by enabling healthcare providers to access a patient's medical history and provide accurate diagnoses and treatment plans. The system also ensures that privacy is protected by obtaining consent before sharing health information. To create more transparent and decentralized system we are recording the transactions on a blockchain network. Blockchain technology ensures the authenticity and integrity of health data due to its immutability, making it significantly difficult for unauthorized parties to access or modify the data without the patient's consent.
