Robotic Pet Care System Powered by IoT

The rise in pet ownership and the growing demand for higher-quality pet care products necessitate innovative solutions to ensure pets' well-being even in their owners' absence. This study presents the development and implementation of an Internet of Things (IoT)-powered robotic pet care system that integrates an IoT -based mobile application with robotics to provide remote control and monitoring capabilities. The system features an ESP32 module integrated with the Sinric Pro mobile application for dispensing food and water, along with an ESP32 camera module equipped with a pan-and-tilt mechanism. This setup offers a web-based interface that enables users to view live video feeds and control the robotic system's movements, allowing flexible positioning to monitor the environment from various angles. By providing real-time access to pets' needs and activities, regardless of the owner's location, this comprehensive system aims to revolutionize pet care.
