A Dual-satellite Passive Positioning Method Based on Positioning Error Weights
To enhance the detection capability of satellite systems for airborne targets, this paper proposes a dual-satellite passive positioning method that incorporates the weights of direction-finding errors. The method considers that the direction-finding error of the satellite relative to the target is influenced by distance. Based on the passive di-rection-finding results of the dual-satellite system, the target's position is determined by the weighted positioning error of each satellite on the common perpendicular segment of the dual-satellite direction-finding line. The fea-sibility of the proposed method is validated through simulation.
