Electronic Records Management System Invisibility in the Agriculture Sector

Invisibility in agricultural records management heavily relies on employees' skills. The necessity to confront the obscurity of agricultural record management has received less acknowledgment. The study's primary objective is to analyze concealed electronic records within agricultural organizations in developing nations and assess the transparency of electronic records management systems (ERMS). The present study employed a qualitative methodology. Data was gathered via online interviews and qualitative questionnaires from five experts (managers) and forty-four users (44) in agricultural organizations in developing nations. The data was examined as a conceptual framework for imperceptible transactions and activities. Results indicate that ERMS specialists and users in the agricultural sectors of developing nations are obscured regarding ERMS utilization, particularly for all undocumented transaction features. The organizations must adhere to the suitability of ERMS to prevent any deficiencies in records management and engage qualified individuals to facilitate ERMS operations.
