Design of a 1553B Communication and Control Software System for Deep Space Exploration
As an important data communication method in the field of deep space exploration, the 1553B bus is commonly used in the construction of information network and data interaction between multiple instruments and segments of spacecraft. This artical focus on the 1553B data communication requirements of the spaceborne probe payload subsystem, introduces the 1553B bus communication method between a certain type of scientific exploration payload and the on-board payload controller for a deep space exploration mission in China. It details the configuration and control process of chips such as AT697F and B65170S6RH,as well as the software and hardware design architecture, including the comprehensive electronic processing module architecture and software task division, multitasking synchronization method, and 1553B bus data receiving and transmitting process. Regarding the harsh environment and SEU(Single Event Upset) effect in space, It also introduces the reliability method for aerospace software design. Finally, based on the 1553B bus data simulation software designed by the 1553B bus simulation device, the payload main control software has been tested for function and performance, and the test results were in line with the design indicators.
