Ipsos Global Health service monitor's 2024 report cites that across 31 countries, over 62% of the people have experienced stress to the point where it has impacted their daily life1, With these numbers rising, there is a pressing need for innovative and accessible solutions. To devise a solution to this problem this work aims to develop a real-time ECG monitoring system using Internet of Things (IoT) technology to build an application. This application aims to provide personalized music therapy according to the individual's physiological parameters such as heart's fluctuations to alleviate stress levels. By integrating the real-time ECG data feedback and personalized mood assessments, the proposed solution offers a customized music therapy to each user customized to their emotional well-being. The results showed the workability and effectiveness of the system by the integration of real-time analytics, algorithmic optimization, user friendly features, and mood assessments making the system a promising and novel way to promote personal well-being through music therapy experiences that are both personalized and user subjective.
