Research on MTPA of PMSM Based on Simulink
Maximum torque-current ratio control (MTPA) is a motor control strategy designed to optimize motor performance. Under this control strategy and based on vector control theory, this paper analyzed the nonlinear characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) by decoupling method, the formulas of ID and IQ are derived. In the mean time, discusses the adjustment scheme of speed and current in detail, and summarizes the torque feature between maximum torque current ratio control and direct axis current id=0. Through Matlab/Simulimk simulation, comparing the control scheme of maximum torque current ratio and id = 0, the feasibility and superiority of fitting maximum torque current ratio curve control method are verified.
