Modelling, Design and Control of PV-Wind-Battery Hybrid Power System using MPPT Technique
In this research, we have introduced a hybrid power model that combine the unique characteristics of wind turbines and solar panels to generate electrical power and supply it to a grid station. Two control strategies have been implemented to maximize power point tracking in both the solar & wind turbine circuits. Furthermore, a voltage source converter is employed on the grid side to change DC - AC using the second control technique. The viability of the system is demonstrated through comprehensive simulation results, accompanied by a detailed description of the complete hybrid system. The software simulation model is developed with Matlab/Simulink.
