Research on Quantitative Network Diagnosis and Treatment Inference Rules for Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating Coronary Heart Disease Based on Fuzzy Cognitive Maps

This study constructs quantitative network diagnosis and treatment inference rules for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in treating coronary heart disease (CHD) based on fuzzy cognitive maps. Quantitative rules are designed for symptom-syndrome-treatment method associations, combinations of herbal prescriptions, dosage adjustments, and treatment effect evaluations, alongside the development of a corresponding diagnostic reasoning system. Through clinical case analyses and system testing, the effectiveness of these quantitative rules is evaluated, resulting in an overall accuracy rate of 82%. This study provides a new quantitative tool and technical support for TCM in treating CHD, which helps improve diagnostic efficacy and standardization.
