IMPLEMENTASI FILSAFAT PENDIDIKAN ESENSIALISME BESERTA TANTANGANNYA DI SEKOLAH DASAR

This research is motivated by the limited academic studies on the implementation of essentialist educational philosophy and its challenges in elementary schools. Essentialist philosophy focuses on the intellectual and moral development of individual students, particularly in elementary schools. However, its implementation has also faced several challenges, thus requiring problem-solving solutions. The purpose of this research is to determine the solutions to the challenges of implementing essentialist educational philosophy and theory in elementary schools. This research employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive research design. The data collection technique used in this research is by conducting a literature review of relevant research articles. The research results found that the solutions that can be implemented are by prioritizing cooperation among the government, relevant educational institutions, and elementary school parents to focus on study center learning, student literacy, and adaptation to digital technology and information advancements in the elementary school environment.
