Research on the Sustainable Development Path of Hainan Free Trade Port from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces

海南自贸港作为中国制度型开放的“试验田”，在推动可持续发展方面拥有得天独厚的自然资源和气候条件。新质生产力，以全要素生产率大幅提升为核心标志，特点是创新，关键在质优，本质是先进生产力。海南自贸港通过加快培育新质生产力，为高质量发展注入新动能，塑造新优势。通过推动新质生产力赋能海南自贸港可持续发展的路径上，海南自贸港还需深化体制机制改革，营造良好的制度环境，加快形成与新质生产力相适应的新型生产关系。同时，要坚持系统观念，做好统筹谋划，不仅要向科技创新要动能，还要向现代化产业体系要支撑，向绿色低碳要潜力，向改革开放要活力，向新型劳动者队伍要效益。Hainan Free Trade Port, as a “test field” of China’s institutional openness, has unique natural resources and climate conditions for promoting sustainable development. New quality productive forces are characterized by a substantial increase in total factor productivity as its core sign, feature innovation, key in quality, and essence of advanced productive forces. Hainan Free Trade Port can inject new impetus into high-quality development by accelerating the cultivation of new quality productive forces. To achieve sustainable development through the path of empowering new quality productive forces, Hainan Free Trade Port needs to deepen institutional and mechanism reform, create a good institutional environment, and accelerate the formation of new types of production relations that are compatible with new quality productive forces. At the same time, it is necessary to adhere to the systematic view, do comprehensive planning, not only to obtain impetus from scientific and technological innovation, but also to obtain support from a modern industrial system, potential from green and low-carbon development, impetus from reform and opening up, and benefits from a new type of labor force.
