Tailoring intraband transition <i>via</i> composition in self-doped Ag2S<i>x</i>Se<i>y</i> alloy nanocrystals

This study demonstrates that intra band transitions in Ag 2 S x Se y alloy colloidal quantum dots can be modulated by altering their composition. This capability expands material options, offering new prospects for infrared optoelectronic device design.
