Steric hindrance of organotin compounds in controlling the batch-to-batch variance of photovoltaic polymer donors
Steric hindrance of organotin can increase the difficulty of forming the transmetalation transition state. This difficulty can control the molecular weight changes, thereby reducing the batch-to-batch variance of the polymers.
