SOME CRIMINAL-PROCEDURAL AND LEGAL PROBLEMS OF SEARCH AND SEIZURE INVESTIGATIVE ACTIONS

"Search and Seizure" investigative action acts as a solution to the problem of evidence, which is one of the important issues in the direction of investigating and solving crimes. In many cases, it is through this investigative act that evidence is discovered and seized. That is why the problems that will arise in the practical and organizational-preparatory measures that will arise during the conduct of the mentioned investigative actions can lead to the wrong conduct of the criminal prosecution and the loss of evidence in the case. For this, the existing normative legislation regarding the conduct of this investigative action should be followed and "Search and Seizure" should be carried out using technical and criminalistic tools in accordance with the requirements of the modern era.
