THE SİGNİFİCANCE OF THE CLASSİFİCATİON OF LABOR DİSPUTES CONSİDERİNG THE SPECİFİCS OF MODERN LABOR RELATİONS

The specifics of labor relations are going through profound changes, including against the backdrop of inevitable digitalization. Now, opportunities of alternative solutions to labor disputes are of very significant relevance and it is impossible to underestimate the perspectives of that. In particular, the experience of the republic of Azerbaijan in the field of the use of mediation in labor disputes is of significant value for scientific research and requires detailed investigation. Thus, the article provides a detailed analysis of various approaches to classifications applied to labor disputes and proposes a new classification system.
