OBJECTIVE ASPECT OF THE CRIME OF ABUSE OF POWER

The article is devoted to the objective asppect of the crime of abuse of power. Necessary and optional signs of the objective aspect of the crime are noted. Necessary signs are reflected in motion and inaction, and facultative signs are reflected in important signs such as time, place, and result. An important issue characteristic of this crime is the existence of a direct causal connection between the action and the inaction and the result.
