SOME ASPECTS OF THE LEGAL REGULATİON OF THE PENSİON SYSTEM

Based on the new concept of pension reform adopted in the Republic of Azerbaijan, the article examines the basics of improving legislation in the field of pension provision. Further improvement of pension provision in our republic and its legal regulation in the modern period depends on the results of the reforms carried out in our country in this area, the formation of financial opportunities for pension provision in accordance with the socio-economic development of the country.
