LEGAL FRAMEWORK OF BLOGGERS IN THE PROMOTION OF TRADEMARKS
Bloggers are individuals who share information by posting articles, pictures, or videos on a personal online website about current topics. Articles on blogs are usually listed from newest to oldest by date of publication. Many bloggers focus on commenting on a specific topic or news story, while others write as a personal diary. A typical blog combines text, images, and related media with hyperlinks to other blogs or websites. Most blog content is primarily text, but some blogs focus on a variety of topics, such as art, photography, video, music, and podcasts. Blogs are an important part of social media networks. In modern times, it is common for bloggers to promote brands. Bloggers influence the minds of buyers by posting online advertisements, directing them to products and services in the marketplace. Online advertising is a form of promotion that uses the Internet to deliver marketing messages to attract customers. Online advertisements are placed on search engine pages, web banners, blogs, rich media ads, social network ads, and email ads. If a website or social network offers similar products and services labeled with your brand, this is a direct violation of exclusive rights. If similar goods and services are offered on the infringer's website, then the legal dispute will be resolved in favor of the copyright holder of the brand. Currently, the protection of trademarks and the provision of a legal framework for bloggers are very important issues. In an era of widespread online advertising, the protection of trademark rights on the Internet is a very relevant issue
