HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT OF LEGAL RELATIONS RELATED TO THE INVIOLABILITY OF HOME

The article examines the basis of the crime of registration of illegal transactions related to land, its characteristics and its difference from administrative liability, and the general situation of crimes in the mentioned field in modern times. During the research, according to the theoretical classification of the registration of illegal transactions, the criminal composition established in the criminal law, as well as the relationships arising in relation to the protection of the interests of the state, individuals and legal entities related to the implementation of the registration of illegal transactions related to land, were theoretically interpreted. Also, in the topic, the constituent elements of the mentioned crime were analyzed with the related legislative acts and theoretical approaches, and the steps taken in the direction of prevention of this type of crime in modern times were shown.
