Структурные сдвиги экономики РА в контексте современных тенденций технологических изменений / Structural shifts in the economy of the Republic of Armenia in the context of current trends in technological change

The aim of the article is to discuss the long-term changes in the structure of the economy of the Republic of Armenia in the context of a number of technological and institutional factors. In particular, the dynamic changes in the high-tech segment of the economy, agriculture and services sectors over the past decade have been observed under the influence of exogenous and endogenous factors that are most significant for shifts in the economic structure. The study found that, especially as a result of both the direct and indirect effects of the COVID-19 pandemic and the Russian-Ukrainian war, the reproductive structure of the economy of the Republic of Armenia has significantly deteriorated, especially as a result of the decrease in the specific weight of sectors creating high added value.
