ENHANCING PUBLIC POLICY IN THE FIELD OF DEVELOPING SOCIALLY RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS BASED ON BENCHMARKING GENDER AND DIGITAL CORPORATE INITIATIVES

The article analyses innovative approaches to implementing gender and digital initiatives in CSR, relying on benchmarking methods to identify the best practices.Particular attention is paid to a comparative analysis of CSR approaches in different countries, including the USA, Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Africa.Contextual factors that influence the implementation of CSR, such as cultural, economic, and political conditions are highlighted in the article.The results of the study demonstrate that the integration of gender and digital initiatives into public policy contributes to increasing trust between business, society, and the state, stimulating innovative development and social integration.The article presents a SWOT analysis of the current state of Ukraine's public policy in the field of CSR development, which allows to identify key advantages, challenges, opportunities, and threats.The authors provide recommendations for improving the policy with an emphasis on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, implementing gender initiatives, developing digital solutions, and creating favourable conditions for the integration of innovative technologies.The article emphasizes the importance of international experience in implementing gender and digital initiatives in CSR, such as supporting women 12(54) 2024 20 entrepreneurs through grants, mentoring programs, and stimulating the digitalization of small and medium-sized enterprises through subsidies for the implementation of modern technologies.Particular attention is paid to practices that contribute to improving working conditions, reducing the gender gap, and developing environmentally friendly innovations that can be adapted to Ukrainian realities, in order to ensure sustainable development and integration into the European economic space.The work is aimed at forming strategic approaches to the development and implementation of effective state policy, focused on supporting socially responsible business, which meets the goals of sustainable development.The conclusions obtained are the basis for further research and practical application in the context of Ukraine's European integration and increasing its competitiveness in the international arena.
