An integrated multi-objective production scheduling approach considering mission reliability
In production transportation systems, such as mine production systems, the transportation component is a critical part of the production process, and its operational reliability significantly impacts the overall health of the production system. Tradit ional scheduling plans for these systems typically focus solely on transportation costs and total transportation volume, neglecting the influence of various factors in the transportation process. This oversight can affect the reliability of the final production task. Therefore, this paper incorporates the mission reliability of the production and transportation system into the scheduling decision-making process to propose a more reasonable production scheduling scheme. Firstly, the paper introduces the basis for production scheduling that considers mission reliability from the perspective of the material flow network. Secondly, it proposes a multi-objective integrated production scheduling method that incorporates mission reliability, using a hybrid simulated annealing-genetic algorithm. The effectiveness of this approach is verified through the scheduling of mine vehicles on a mine production line.
