Limiting lipid droplets accumulation is a way for Alzheimers disease treatment
Background: In recent years, Alzheimers disease is a serious problem in the chemical world that havent been solved for many years. We have set up a research about Alzheimers disease these days because the number of patients who had disease could grow to 13.8 million by 2060 if theres development of medical treatment to prevent, slow or cure AD.[7] Method: By using control variables, immunohistochemistry, western blotting and fluoresces images to investigate our experiments. Predicted results: Protective APOE variants may work as an antagonist to LDAM transition by limiting lipid droplets accumulation.
