FORMATION OF CONTENT AND TECHNOLOGY FUNCTIONAL ACTIVITY OF ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

The philosophy contributes to the formation and promotion of the main attributes of managerial and professional activity in the economic and social environment. A model of interaction of attributes of the normative state of the management subprocess in economic systems of the “organization” type has been developed. Functional management is used in the framework of research, construction, and reform of structures and content of activities. A model for the formation of technology for the implementation of the organization's management subprocess with the participation of management functions is presented. The technology of developing the planning function within the framework of the organization's management subprocess for practical use is presented. The design process is considered using the example of a management subprocess within the framework of the personnel management process in accordance with the basic methodological provisions. The concept of functional management allows you to explore and determine the content of attributes and their structure within the framework of management activities in economic systems.
