Research progress of humanoid robots and their application research and analysis in mechanical engineering
Humanoid robots significantly enhance quality of life and efficiency across various sectors, including manufacturing and medicine. Traditionally, robots controlled by humans facilitated easier and more convenient work but have become resource-intensive and unable to meet current demands. Modern advancements aim to integrate digital and mechanical systems by connecting humanoid robots directly to computerized systems, enabling autonomous operations that could replace much of the physical labor performed by humans. Improvements in robotic structures are essential, focusing on precise design elements like the degrees of freedom in joint connections between components. Additionally, the adoption of advanced algorithmic control models, such as model predictive control (MPC), optimizes the motion capabilities of humanoid robots. Calculations from MPC equations, supported by extensive literature, indicate that this innovative design and interaction approach aligns well with practical applications, ushering in an era heavily influenced by digital and robotic integration. This evolution not only broadens the application spectrum of humanoid robots but also enhances the economic efficiency of their deployment in everyday life, promising significant impacts on future technological landscapes.
